AMLATS is owned and operated by the Knock family in Yankton, SD. Rick and Sheila Knock were married on August 4, 1974, and soon after began using “Amlats” (an acronym for “all my love and then some”) as a tender closing in their personal cards and notes to each other. After celebrating their 40th wedding anniversary in August 2014, they decided to share the love by establishing AMLATS to offer hand-crafted items that can evoke memories of “good times” past, present, and future.
Many of the items they offer are nostalgic, recalling memories and sentiments of times gone by; while other items are designed to help establish family traditions that can form the precious memories of tomorrow. All items are individually hand-crafted, and no two are exactly alike. Whenever possible they use natural, eco-friendly materials, and all items designed for children and pets are non-toxic.
We hope you will enjoy browsing through the many items available. If you have a suggestion for something you would like to see added, or if you have any questions or comments you would like to share, please use the contact form to let us know. All of us at AMLATS enjoy hearing from our valued customers – past, present, and future!
